Our Safety leadership team is working with our Safety Manager to develop and improve our Safety Program . The rolling out of the results and educating

The rolling out of our program to negative employees

The safety leadership team working through our BOP - Business Operating Procedures and rolling the out to employees.

7. What key advice would you give organisations in your industry who wish to position themselves as a safe and sustainable business?

Develop a safety leadership team , consisting of management, team leaders and representatives from the floor.
