If a workplace incident has occurred, Sparke Helmore’s safety incident response hotline 1800 638 563 operates 24/7.  Following the incident, they provide initial telephone legal advice for up to 20 minutes at no cost and will, if required, send an email and relevant correspondence requesting an investigation into the incident, if that is appropriate. It’s important to note that such investigations will be protected by legal professional privilege and should not be disclosed to third parties, without first seeking advice from Sparke Helmore.
