Company leaders put their hands up for safety and reap the business rewards

Barwon Water Alliance won the top award in the 2013 National Safety Council of Australia/GIO Workers Compensation National Safety Awards of Excellence for developing and delivering a leadership program that cemented safety as a business priority.

At the heart of the program is a personal code of conduct signed by executive management as well as everyone who works for or with the Alliance and is based around some fundamental principles.
