Kerry Foster, Director, Active Occupational Health Services and Jason Doueihi, Director, Workers Compensation Specialists, will deliver this unique half day workshop designed to understand and assist each participant’s unique workers compensation requirement. With icare’s workers insurance moving from five agents to one next year, it is important to understand what this means for your business and what practicable steps you can take to minimise your worker’s compensation costs.
Participants will be asked to complete a pre-workshop survey to gauge existing performance and create a tailored workshop.

Meet your facilitators
Kerry Foster graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Social Work from James Cook University and worked in the behavioural sciences/welfare sector for some 10 years.
Kerry established Active OHS in 1995 and it is a WorkCover NSW and Comcare Accredited Workplace Rehabilitation Provider. Prior to that, Kerry worked for CIC Insurance for three years, running Rehabilitation Provider Medicorp that offered CIC clients a total claims management approach.
Kerry Foster is a WorkCover NSW RTW Co-ordinator Trainer and conducts training at Active OHS' Head Office at Liverpool plus on-site training as required by employers.
Kerry’s background well equips her in strategic case management and assisting employers to develop a Recover at Work culture.
Jason Doueihi is the Director of Workers Compensation Specialists and has almost two decades of experience in the insurance and workers compensation industry. His industry knowledge gives him the insight to the complex nature of workers compensation and the understanding of how confusing it can be for people. He knows where policies can become costly for businesses with employees in both choosing the right policy structure and in particular the implications of mishandling a workers compensation claim.
Jason’s time working in larger firms has provided him with a broad range of skills and experience, especially an understanding of how exceptional care and advice can make a difference to a business existing viably. It is Jason’s innate passion to do things differently that led him on the mission to advance and make his own mark in his field
